Inauguration 2013 - The Women

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor administers the oath of office to Vice President Joe Biden, as part of the public ceremonial swearing-in on January 21, 2013. The actual oath of office was administered in a smaller ceremony on January 20, in accord with the Constitution. Justice Sotomayor was appointed to the United States Supreme Court by President Barack Obama.
