Carrie Chapman Catt, president of the National American Woman Suffrage League from 1900-1904 and 1915 until the organization dissolved with the winning of suffrage in 1920. She was also a founder of the International Woman Suffrage Alliance, serving as its president from 1904 to 1923 and then as its honorary president. This photograph was distributed as part of the promotion of her speech in Continental Hall, 1913.
