Catherine and William at Their Wedding

Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Phillip, are just visible at the bottom of the photograph. The dress was designed by Sarah Burton, a designer working for the British label Alexander McQueen. Catherine also wore a diamond tiara, loaned to her by Queen Elizabeth II, and a full veil. The silk dress, ivory and white, included a train of 2.7 meters. Her bouquet included myrtle grown from a plant that was originally planted from a twig from Queen Victoria's bouquet. The bouquet also included hyacinth and lily-of-the-valley and, in honor of her new husband, sweet William flowers.
