Punch magazine, 1867: (John Stuart) Mill's Logic

The cartoon here appeared in Punch magazine in 1867, making fun of John Stuart Mill, the philosopher, for his support for women's suffrage. A poster saying "Vote for ..." is on the wall behind the women, and Mill -- shorter than most of the women -- is pushing aside men so that women can get into the polling place.
