2012 Readers' Choice Awards for Women's History

The 2012 About.com Readers’ Choice Awards will showcase some of the most admired women, the best books, and more. Nominations were accepted January 18 through February 15, 2012. Voting was from February 22 through March 21 with winners announced March 30, 2012. Readers were permitted one vote per day per category.

The "prize" for winners: the bragging rights that come with getting kudos from the readers of one of the most popular websites about Women's History.
