The Smithsonian's collection of inauguration gowns of First Ladies includes only dresses from a first inauguration, so Michelle Obama's gown worn later this month will not likely be included in that collection. But as fashion pundits ponder what the First Lady will wear in 2013, here are some examples of past inauguration gowns:
