I also thought of the Lucy episode. It’s very clear that the show’s inspiration came from the reality of the assembly line!

That’s not quite how I remember Kelloggs as a kid when we went to visit it on a field trip, but not another 45 years has gone by it’s probably gone through litls more changes. I just remember it being big clean bright and getting a min box of fruitloops afterwards :)
