If there is any photo that captures the Great Depression perfectly, this is it.
What a poignant reminder to us that we are still so blessed, and that, as a nation, our woes of the moment are so much less than they were then.
We think the times are rough now, but one look at this photo is enough to put things into perspective. I’m not going to complain about the cost of food anymoe!
What a telling photo! It’s scary to think that we could enter another depression if we don’t get smarter about our finances.
