First she came back out of retirement, a couple of years after having a daughter, training to compete as the first US swimmer to compete in five Olympics. She anchored the USA freestyle relay team to win a silver medal, becoming the oldest swimmer to win an Olympic medal, an inspiration to many of us in our middle years. She's tried to allay suspicions of drug use in getting to this accomplishment by having a lab store her blood for testing, including any future tests that become possible. For now -- it looks like determination plus serious, focused training (and a few operations to repair some past injuries) have done the trick.

41-year-old Olympic swimmer Dara Torres is the talk of the sports, fitness, health, and anti-aging world. I might enjoy this interesting video that takes viewers back to the very moment the world first learned how Torres has been defying aging for the past 8 years. This is not a commercial or an ad. It’s a very revealing news story.
