I believe Abigail Adams was the best because of everything she did for women and her ability to uphold a womans standing, with a “man’s” spirit and voice!

Most people fail to to recognize a first lady for how she impacted the “period” she lived and influenced. In terms of impact and contribtuons to her time in the White House – Dolley Madison, Sarah Polk, Grace Coolidge, Eleanor Roosevelt, Jackie Kennedy, Lady Bird Johnson, and Hillary Clinton.
