Iris Chang, Author, Apparently Commits Suicide

The author of the best-selling World War II history book, "The Rape of Nanking: The Forgotten Holocaust of World War II,'' Iris Chang, has apparently committed suicide. This is sure to reopen the controversy of whether she shaded the facts a bit in her book, which exposed Japanese torture and slaughter of thousands of Chinese civilians in 1937-1938.
