In June, the news broke that a British team of archaeologists and other researchers identified a near-forgotten mummy, first discovered more than 100 years ago, as the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti. More recently we've heard from others, including Egypt's antiquities chief, who disagree with this conclusion and criticize the breaching Egyptian archeology protocols -- failing to report the discovery first to the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities.
